Sephora Colorful Collection – Contour Los Cabos & Fiji

Sephora bronzer review los cabos fiji

Finding the right bronzer or contour powder is tough. Of course, I turned to Sephora for a fun, affordable option. In fact, they were so affordable that I bought 2! So I picked up 2 of the Sephora bronzer collection in the shades Los Cabos and Fiji. These are bronzers, can be also used as contour or eyeshadow. Read below for my full review!

*Sephora has changed the packaging since I posted this review but the shades are the same!

Sephora bronzer collection: Los Cabos or Fiji?

Both Sephora bronzer compacts are “medium” shades, according to Sephora’s website. However, they are much lighter in real life than in their pictures. These are perfect for light to medium skin tones.

Los Cabos has a matte finish and has a slightly cooler tone. Fiji is a warmer tone with a bit of gold shimmer which makes it very pretty in the sunlight.

If you are not sure which one to get, I would recommend going with Los Cabos. The matte finish and the neutral shade make it more universal.

I swatched both Sephora bronzer shades on the inside of my arm. Fiji is on the left, while Los Cabos is on the right.

Sephora Bronzers: the review

Each bronzer retails for 24$ CAD. The quality of the product is pretty good and it has good pigmentation. The swatches were made with only 1 application, the same amount that I used in the pictures on my fingers. I love that these have rather neutral tones so they can be used as a contour too.

On a little note, Sephora made this really convenient: you can pop the product out and put it in a magnetized palette (Z palette).

I hope you enjoyed this Sephora collection review! Speaking of Fiji and Los Cabos, why not try a tropical makeup look to complement the bronzer?

  1. they look beautiful! i’d keep both – the first for just everyday bronzing, the second for when you feel like contouring 🙂
